A91: The time of your visit to Sofia depends largely on what you want to do. If you enjoy skiing you should visit Sofia between early December and late April. The length of the ski season depends on the year and the amount of snow. Spring comes early in Sofia - it is not unusual to have the first green bushes by the end of March. The city turns from the ugly winter grey to a fresh and bright green very fast. Even though it rains often, the weather is pleasant and warm, with cool evenings and dewy mornings.
March is a special month in Bulgaria. On 1 March Bulgarians celebrate Granny Marta`s Day. Granny Marta is the symbol of nature`s rebirth at the end of the winter and the beginning of spring.
The summer in Bulgaria is usually hot and dry. The summer days are pleasant in Sofia, where the mountains surrounding the city provide cool and refreshing evenings. Autumns come late with their many colours and there is often warm, mild and sunny weather until as late as November.

A92: The car number for Bulgaria are combination of letters and digits. The standart format is:
X NNNN XX or XX NNNN XX
where XX are letters and depends on the city where the car is registered, NNNN are digits and XX are other letters for unique combination. Sample:
For the Sofia city car numbers start with "C" (see the image). Because Bulgaria is in European Union there are small letters "BG" somewhere on the plate and all of the letters are existsing in the Latin alphabet.
