LOCATION: The village of Razdel is situated in Southeastern Bulgaria and it is part of Elhovo Municipality,Yambol District. The town of Elhovo lies on the left bank of the river Toundzha in the southeast of the Thracian Valley. The rich Elhovo plain stretches between Strandzha and Sakar Mountains. There are lots of small and large dams and mineral springs in the region which is also rich in archaeological finds dating back to ancient times. Your leisure activities could be hunting, fishing or horse-back riding and your occupation – farming if you settle here.
A curious fact is that Elhovo Gap on Livingston Island - one of the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica, was named after Elhovo.
The village of Lesovo, where the newest checkpoint at the border between Bulgaria and Turkey is, is 41 km away from Razdel.

The cottage is set in the Elhovo countryside where many English families have settled permanently. A gravel road leads to the property which offers 110 sq. m. of accommodation. There is an outside toilet with a cesspit. Our highly qualified builders are on hand to you for any repair or building work.
GROUND FLOOR: The downstairs has four rooms and a corridor.
FIRST FLOOR: External stairs rise to the upper floor which is identical to the lower one.
GARDEN: The garden, surrounded by a wire fence, extends to 1500 sq. m. There is a brick farm building on the site.
The village of Razdel is provided with all main amenities such as a medical centre, a post office, shops, cafes, a mobile network, regular bus transport to nearby towns and villages.
