The ground floor consists of reception area, restaurant for 36 people, kitchen, sauna and a room for the heating installation.
The first and the second floors consist of six rooms each of them.
The third floor consists of three one bedroom apartments. There are six double rooms and three one bedroom apartments in the building in total. No fireplaces. In total in the hotel can sleep 36 people.
As it stands now, there isn’t central sewerage for the hotel. The dirty water goes in septic tank at the moment. The vendor states that a large apartment complex will start next to this hotel and they expect that a central sewerage will be installed. Should this happen, a connection to the hotel will be made.
