Omega Centre complex offers space organized around a rich green atrium. The business project is to start operation in 2010.

The investor is PHL Invest Ltd., the contractor is Planex Ltd. The design was prepared by Penyo Stolarov with consultant Petko Yovchev. The site is 3,142 sq. m, the built-up area is 1,586 sq. m with gross-floor area of 12,627 sq. m.

The project is currently under construction, the works started in June 2008.

The complex is situated on Transportna str. where is developing the new administrative city of Varna. The complex has a mixed-use purpose - retail and office. The main entrances are from the south in immediate proximity with Transportna str. The shopping centre is two-level facing the atrium, with 24 shops and a cafe.
