Housing Prices in Bulgaria to Increase by 10-15% in 2008

Housing property prices in Bulgaria will increase with 10 to 15% during 2008, an Acro Real Estate report released on Tuesday predicts.
Prices of the most common products aren`t likely to increase, because the population`s income hasn`t increased either, the interest rates go up, while the supply gets wider. Luxury estates may get pricier, though, the company predicts.
In some places in the seaside and mountain resorts where construction works are really intense, prices of low quality estates will follow a negative trend. A wide supply of different kinds of products and high levels of competition in the field will prevent speculative increase of prices.
