Office and industrial projects making their presentation at BalPEx exhibition from 10 to 12 Oct.. Its fourth edition is a part of the Real Property Week.

In the last six months it has been registered a growing interest from Bulgarian and foreign developers to the office and industrial property market. The business property takes a bigger and bigger share of the real property market, the volume of investment is growing too.

One of the projects to be presented is Black & White complex by Vesta Build composed of two connected blocks. Except for the spacious offices the project offers big warehouses, shops, showrooms and fast food restaurants. On top of the five-storey building there will be a helicopter pad serving business clients.

For the first time will be presented the project European Shopping Centre on Tsarigradsko shose blvd. It is composed of five A-class office buildings of 60,000 sq. m gross-floor area. It is a part of Carrefour Tsarigradsko Mall completing the project offering extra facilities for the future tenants.

The exhibition will also present different projects from the whole country like the first A-class office building in Shumen - Business Centre Shumen by the developer Al & Co., the gross-floor area is 9,360 sq. m.
