Average apartment prices in Tsarevo exceed 1 300 euro a sq m, according to imoti.net. Around 186 flats with areas fluctuating between 24 and 190 sq m, are currently on offer on the website.
The lowest offer is 27 000 euro and the highest one is 338 000 euro, according to recent quotes on imoti.net. Average prices stand at 1 315 euro a sq m. The town of Tsarevo accounts for almost half of the total supply in Tsarevo municipality, which has 246 units on offer at a mean price of 1 210 euro a sq m.
There are 14 apartments on sale in Ahtopol – prices average 655 euro a sq m; 14 offers in Lozenets, asking 1 000 euro a sq m on average and 17 flats in Sinemorets at a mean price of 908 euro a sq m. There are nine houses on sale in Tsarevo with an average price of 883 euro a sq m and the total number of house offers in the whole municipality is 42 – with prices averaging 835 euro a sq m.
Tsarevo Municipality has the highest offers in the Bourgas region for land to be rezoned into construction plots. Last year it sold at 127.237 leva a sq m, according to agricultural ministry statistics, as compared to a mean land price of 88.47 leva a sq m for the whole region.
The number of land transactions concluded in Tsarevo municipality last year is 143. They encompassed a total of 745 000 sq m.
Tsarevo accounts for 57 of them, followed by Lozenets (30) and Ahtopol (20).
Due to enhanced investor interest, the new zoning plan of Tsarevo municipality envisages expansion of the villages’ construction borders, including some areas from nearby localities.
