The construction of a Russian vacation complex in the resort of Kamchia will continue despite the financial crisis, Darik Radio reported. Simultaneously, British property investors are offering their apartments in Bulgaria’s coastal resorts for sale. Nearly 450 English-speaking foreigners live in the region of Avren.

Despite the financial crisis, interest towards property in Avren persists. Russians are most often the buyers of apartments in the region.
