Supply of residential properties in Varna, on the Black Sea, has been opening a serious lead on demand so far in `08, said Kalin Stoyanov, manager of real estate agency ERA Better Homes. The disparity is causing for properties to be transacted at lower than the listed prices. The homes in the coastal city appreciated by 15% in Jan-May `08, said the expert. ERA data shows that over 85% of residential property transaction in the city last year involved mortgage financing.
