A new modern office building in Sofia is under construction in Drouzhba 1 neighbourhood. The investor is Korelana Ltd., the design was prepared by Architekturno Buro V. Tsenov Ltd., the building company is Bokar Ltd. Project manager is Korekt Proekt Ltd., the building supervision is by Karil Consult Ltd.

The complex will have 8,200 sq. m gross-floor area. The location is on Tsvetan Lazarov blvd. next to the crossing of Asen Yordanov blvd., the corner stone was laid on 17 June. It provides a good transport access from downtown by Tsarigradsko shose as well as with the northern neighbourhoods through Botevgradsko shose blvd.

The building plot is 1,540 sq. m, the deadline is March 2010. The first three floors are for retail and offices, they have been leased on a long-term basis.
