Raiffeisen Real Estate, subsidiary of Raiffeisenbank, announced that over 90% of real estate prices are covered by mortgage loans. Average prices of real estate deals for the first half of the year is EUR 73, 000 for Sofia, EUR 68, 000 - the entire country, EUR 56, 700 – Varna, EUR 52, 000 – Plovdiv, Monitor Daily newspaper reported.

Ani Angelova, CEO of Raiffeisenbank, stated that customers prefer practical offers, which suit their requirements and needs. The prices of such properties are expected to remain unchanged in medium-term plan.
During the last year, Raiffeisen has doubled its presence in the country.
