New gated type complex Riviera is under construction in the Rowing Canal zone in Plovdiv, in Otdih I Kultura South zone.
The developer is Aris Engineering Ltd. - Plovdiv with manager Kostadin Aramazov. The design was prepared by D`Ark Consult with leading architects Daniela Tsonkova and Kiril Sabchev. The consultant is Agrovodinvest EAD.

The site is 4,964 sq. m, the built-up area is 2,203 sq. m, the gross-floor area is 8,103 sq. m. The complex will include 14 one-family houses and a two-section apart building.

The complex will follow a phase realization, the first phase started on 10 July with the construction of the southern group consisting of seven one-family houses varying from 199 sq. m to 380 sq. m. The second phase comprises the construction of two apart building units of 4-5 floors. The third stage comprises the construction of the middle group of 6 + 1 one-family houses.
