Varna is the most active market of shopping malls, the active development of the sector can lead to change the initial concepts of some of the projects. If completed all started projects Varna will be first by retail space saturation of all cities in this country according to the data of the consulting company MBL. One of the main indicators for the sector development is the ratio of the total retail space to 1,000 inhabitants, the rate in the Black Sea main city will reach about 650 sq. m per 1,000 persons.
