One of the biggest Spanish companies investing into a residential complex in Sofia, the building plans include mountain holiday and sea settlements. Martinsa Fadesa stepped in the country with Modera Residence, the corner stone was laid on 18 March, the gross-floor area is 54,000 sq. m situated in a site of Vitosha - VEC Simeonovo. The design was prepared by Stroyconsult 999 Ltd. with leading designer Yuri Angelov, the general contractors are two companies - Livel and Hydrostroy - P, the consultant is Nevon Consult Ltd.

The complex is situated at about 200 m from Sofia ring road and Simeonovsko shose. This zone is one of the very actively building areas for the latest years. The complex comprises three residential blocks connected to the low-rise retail blocks. The buildings have nine or ten floors and an attic level, with about 7,000 sq. m shopping zone and 335 apartments - two-room, three-room and four-room. The residential groups are in three different architectural solutions - classic, modern and a third way with clear lines. The public and service zone includes a supermarket, a kindergarten, a few catering facilities and shops.

The residential property is already on the real estate market, the prices depend on the location and exposure, the prices vary from EUR 830 to EUR 1,050 VAT excl.
