Holiday village will be built on 218,000 sq. m near the village of Kableshkovo. Golf Village will border the future golf complex at 17 km from Sunny Beach. The investor is Masterbuild - Burgas, the design was prepared by Dekor architectural bureau with leading architect Daniela Burulianova.

The site for the first stage is 62,000 sq. m with gross-floor area over 24,000 sq. m. The complex total gross-floor area is over 70,000 sq. m. The start of construction works is scheduled for this autumn. The complex is for year-round use, it will composed mainly from detached houses - two-storey one-family, two-family and three-family houses with one, two and three bedrooms, as well as three-storey buildings with apartments. The different plots have area of 70 and 135 sq. m, the apartments vary from 45 to 90 sq. m.

The construction works will be in three stages. The first is on a site of 62,000 sq. m of gross-floor area over 24,000 sq. m, the second adds some more 100,000 sq. m, the remaining 56,000 sq. m is for the third stage with 14,000 sq. m gross-floor area. The second stage is expected to start in the autumn of 2009, the third - in spring of 2010.
