The prices of vacation properties on the Southern Black Sea plummeted after the world economic crash at the stock exchange and the instability of bank systems in the USA and Western Europe. Brokers from real estate agencies announced that the sale prices of real estate constantly change their listing values downward. 

At the moment supply is enormous, while demand is almost nonexistent.

Most serious is the situation with residence complexes, built on the fourth and fifth line in the Sunny Beach resort as well as apartment complexes near Ahtopol, Tzarevo and Primorsko.

In Sunny Beach there are already prices of 350 Euro per square meter, which is an incredibly low value. South of Sozopol an apartment more expensive than 550-600 Euro per square meter can hardly be found. Only a month ago the listing values were 200-250 Euro higher.

An exception is luxurious complexes of closed type at the sea coast, as well as apartments in Burgas. Their values remain the same as 3-4 months ago.
