The investors are BM Leasing and CEI Consulting. The design was prepared by a team of Panidead with leading architect Raymondo Flaccomio.

The complex will have a four-storey hotel part and underground garages on four levels. The gross-floor area will be 52,000 sq. m, with 360 parking slots. The functions are office, business hotel, shops, fast food and service zone.

The hotel will be four-star with 340 beds, with a conference hall with 120 seats.

The sports block will have a fitness gym, a sauna.

In the underground there are car parks, warehouses, service and technical facilities.
