Two five-storey buildings amid a lot of green areas and recreation zones shaping the new residential complex Fanagoria in the Golden Sands resort. The construction works are to start in March, the completion deadline is by the end of 2011. The investor is Golden Sands Development, the design was prepared by a team of ProArh bureau with leading architect Georgi Asenov.

The plot is situated on the so-called third beach line in relative proximity with one of the entrance points of the resort that makes the access easy and relatively comfortable.

The complex is composed of two blocks A and B with an open-air swimming pool with a bar, a barbecue and open spaces. The main access is from the southwest. There are 143 apartments, of them 68 studios.
