The Black Sea coast real estate prices have dwindled by 15 to 30%. In some remote areas they are 60% down. Statistics have registered sales of ready apartments at EUR 390 per m2. Ready apartments in Sunny Beach are up for grabs for EUR 20,000 to 30,000. Experts comment that these are sales below the prime cost of the properties. In larger cities such as Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas real estate prices in central parts have plummeted by 20 to 30%.
