Spanish company starting its biggest international project in Tsarevo. Iberdrola Inmobiliaria is planning to invest EUR 45m in a holiday village on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The complex at 800 m to the south of Koral beach near Tsarevo will have more than 240,000 sq. m gross-floor area, with 2,500 apartments, retail and entertainment part, sports facilities and an open air bar. The site is situated at the foot of Strandzha mountain. This investment is the biggest international project of the company. It is a part of the strategy of the company for international expansion for the period 2008 - 2010. By now its investments are EUR 70m in two projects in Mexico and Portugal. In Aug. it acquired a project for two office towers in Lisboa for EUR 22.4m. The company has a few projects in Spain too, EUR 150m have been paid for 1,000,000 sq. m in Seville with plans for logistic facilities as well as a few residential and industrial projects.
