Irish West Properties finished the implementation of its second Bulgarian project, the Ivet holiday complex. The complex is located in the Sveti Vlas coastal resort.

It offers 57 furnished studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, a swimming pool and an underground parking lot. Apartments in Ivet Complex are purposed for short- and long-term rent.

West Properties` first project, a residential building on Sofia`s central Budapesta street, was finished in November 2007.

In the next few months West plans the completion of two more holiday projects; White Sands in Ravda and Perl beach in Sunny Beach.

The Irish company has 19 projects in Bulgaria in total, in Sofia, the Black Sea and other regions. Two of these projects have been fully completed, four will be finished within a few months and the remaining 13 are in construction stages.
