Winter House apart complex will be built near the gondola lift in Stoykite village, the building follows the landscape of the strongly denivelated site. The investor is Dimex Ltd. - Plovdiv, the design was prepared by RT Consult Ltd., the construction contract is to be awarded soon.
The building footprint is 4,800 sq. m, the gross-floor area is 11,317 sq. m. The construction works started in March, the complex comprises 140 apartments, a spa centre, an indoor swimming pool and a restaurant. The plans are for the complex to start operation in Dec. 2009.
The company has 7, 8 and 9 above-ground storeys in four blocks linked into one ensemble. On all levels in blocks A and B there are apartments and studios of different floor area. On the ground level of block C of 403 sq. m there is an entrance lobby with a hotel reception office, shops, ski check-in, doctor`s office. At this levels there is a sports zone with a swimming pool, a spa centre, a sauna, a fitness gym.
