Burgas-based company Santa Maria has submitted three investment proposals for review by the Teteven municipality. The investors wants to build a community of detached houses in the Ribaritsa resort in the Teteven area.

In the Stara Ribaritsa area, the investor proposes to accommodate seven residential buildings on a 0.95 ha lot with total bed capacity of 70.

The other two investment proposals concern 1.52 ha in the Debelshtitsa area where Santa Maria intends to construct a total of 13 buildings with a combined bed capacity of 120.

The regional environment inspectorate will assess the possible impact of the project on the Debelshtitsa area before it is given the go-ahead. No sanction from the inspectorate will be needed for the start of the Stara Ribaritsa project.
