Burgas-based Anabella Build has just announced plans for a vacation village in Bulgarian Black Sea resort Sveti Vlas. The Splendido Mare community will be located on the south side of the resort, some 400 m from the shoreline, not far off the nation`s biggest private yacht port, Marina Dinevi.

Construction is scheduled to begin soon. It will comprise three apartment buildings with a total of 759 studios, two- and three-room housing units.

The proprietor has set the price for the studios at 37,000 to 43,000 euro while the asking price for the two-room apartments is 67,000 euro. The complex will offer maintenance and agency services. The list of amenities includes two outdoor swimming pools, a mini-golf course, shops and playground.
