Sofia. Raiffeisen Real Estate index for Q3 of 2009 measures at 127 points, suggesting the average home prices in Sofia have dropped by 16% or 25 points on annualized basis. Back in Q3 of 2008, the Raiffeisen Real Estate indicator ran up to 152 points. The drop in real property costs continues, as the data shows.
