The land prices in Bansko keep the same rates despite the hard times. There is a serious difference between the quality of the housing in demand and supply.

With the new development zones in the town the selling prices grew slightly. According to the data of the local real property agency Alta M there are more than 800 plots in the land of Bansko, in the zone of the golf course in Razlog as well as in Dobrinishte and Banya.

Downtown the plots keep the present price levels, for some special plots reaching EUR 400 per sq. m. In the zone of the new neighbourhoods and the resort zones in the land of Bansko the top price is in the area of the first station of the gondola lift.

In Gramadeto there are plots for sale at EUR 250 to EUR 270 per sq. m. In the neighbouring zone of Gurovitsa the owners offer their property at EUR 170 to EUR 230 per sq. m. Almost the same level keep the property in Kosherinata - from EUR 180 to EUR 220 per sq. m. In the zone of Asanitsa there are for sale plots at EUR 185 to EUR 200 per sq. m.

The supply of apartments exceeds demand too. Presently on the market there are for sale new holiday apartments and apartments bought by English that are currently for sale.
