The first session on the mega lawsuit Sofiiski Imoti (company of Sofia municipality) will start in days near the St. Trifon Zarezan holiday (February 14). Marian Markov was selected for judge on the case. After he was introduced with the materials on the lawsuit, the magistrate decreed that there are no mistakes in the indictment.

According to the Prosecution, Sofiiski Imoti SPJSC has been defrauded by BGN 2.1 mln from 15 deals signed in 2004. Plots, shops and houses have been sold on prices up to 50% below their market value.
