Incredible panorama, high-quality materials, low-rise buildings, energy-saving technologies, big residential space and good design are the main criteria making Varna Strand settlement one of the most interesting projects in Varna. The complex is situated in Priboy - a beautiful forest land at 15 km to the south of the city in the land of Galata neighbourhood.

The investor is the joint Bulgarian - Hungarian company Strand AD dealing with investments and small electric plants in Hungary with its first project in this country. The design was prepared by a team of Fekta Ltd. with leading designer Todor Daskalov that has a lot of projects abroad.

The buildings are five types. The complex which is a gated type community is composed of ten two- and three-story villas with 25 individual apartments, all blocks with rooftop terraces. Half of the apartments are one-bedroom, the rest have two bedrooms, all of them have exclusive sea panorama, the gross-floor area is 2,500 sq. m.

The prices vary from EUR 135,000 TO eur 280,000. The complex will use renewable energy sources for heating and ventilation. The investors will guarantee full maintenance and management of the complex.
