Local real estate investment trust Liam said in a bourse filing it has acquired 72,000 sq m of land in Sofia. The acquisition cost of the 25 plots in Sofia`s Iskar district was not disclosed. The purchase was made in pursuance of a board of directors decision taken in late Jan. The REIT has signed a 2 mln euro 18-month bridge loan agreement with SG Expressbank to finance the purchase of arable land plots. The loan is collaterised with Liam property assets.
