Entirely natural materials - wood sheathing, Vratsa stone facing, ventilated anti-moisture facade systems, natural ceramics outer walls are some of the energy efficient elements of Sozopolis complex.

The site which is situated amphitheatrically on the Sozopol peninsula near the rocks of Kolokita cap entirely preserved in the construction process.

The design was prepared by IT Consult with leading architect Hristo Lazarov. The general contractor was Glavbolgarstroy, the supervision is carried out by Consulting Engineering Group Burgas.

Apart from the modern and expensive ecological and energy efficiency measures the complex is interesting with the style and atmosphere of Old Sozopol with the narrow streets, the red roofs, the two-storey houses with glazed balconies.

The concept meet the requirements of the existing landscape. The complex follows the natural amphitheatrical slope of the site, the access is from the upper side.

The site is at 2 km to the south of Sozopol. Its gross-floor area is 34,000 sq. m, including 77 houses of 167 sq. m, of them 21 are two-storey individual houses and 56 two-storey one-family houses.
