The transformation of brownfields into modern multi-purpose complexes with predominant role of logistics, public services and administrative functions -  such a new logistic complex in Sofia is called Novoclass. The investment is made by the same name company Novoclass Ltd. The design was prepared by Ivo Petrov Architects Ltd.

It i situated in Gorubliane neighbourhood, on the place of the former Ariana brewery.
