British owners of property in Bulgaria are offering their apartments for rent for 160 leva per month, factor-bs.com reported.

Currently, tourism companies are offering apartments owned by foreigners for 35 euro per day. Bigger apartments have rents reaching up to 50 euro. Foreigners prefer resting in inexpensive hotels and offering their own property in resorts for rent.

Apartments for rent are available throughout Sunny Beach resort, property agents said. Russian buyers are the only foreign group that can save the Bulgarian property market.
