The German company Lidl is investing in a modern building and logistic complex near Sofia on a site of 138,000 sq. m in the land of Ravno pole, Elin Pelin municipality. The base will provide logistic services for all hypermarkets of Lidl in Bulgaria.

The first one is in Lovech. The whole facility of 42,409 sq. m in Lovech is composed of packed goods warehouse, office building and offices. The architecture meets the standards of the German company.

The preliminary value is estimated at EUR 25m. The village of location - in the eastern part of Sofia municipality, next to Kazichene quarter, with an easy access to the ring-road and Trakia highway.

The design was prepared by Atelie Karadzhov Ltd. with expertise in the field of retail and industrial parks in Burgas, Plovdiv and Ruse, designer of the corporate service centre of Euromarket Group that is currently under construction, of residential projects in Simeonovo neighbourhood.

The building works are carried out by Stroy Consult - Sliven, a company contractor of a textile plant in Yambol, Kaufland, etc.
