According to Ruse master plan the territory of Kazarmite zone is planned for the new business centre of the town. The municipal administration is preparing the programme for the project - the most attractive part from Alexandrovska str.

The financial aspect will be most probably by public-private partnership on the land of 14,000 sq. m. There are several options - the administration can build the project alone and the land can be divided into several lots.

The main part of the building will be arranged according to the future investor plans.
