English settlers who live along Bulgaria`s Black Sea coast try to sell their homes pressed by the economic crisis, a research of The Standart shows. The foreigners sell their properties and cars at very low prices to secure cash money, real estate brokers explain. Most of the Britons who are now leaving Bulgaria are pensioners and get small incomes. Pensions, rents and other savings are insufficient to support their life in Bulgaria. Because of that they sell their estates in Bulgaria at bargain prices.
