A hotel complex will be developed in the town of Teteven. The project is located in the central parts of the town and will feature a SPA center, fitness, lobby bar and a disco.

The investor, Kamaks OOD, is also the main contractor on the scheme cooperating with architectural company Integra Consult Project managed by Arch. Vasil Kashukeev and Arch. Aneta Slavova.

The complex is made up of 976 square meters occupying a plot of 3,113 square meters in total. Some of the more interesting design decisions include stone paneling, huge eaves and wooden siding. The project will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, retail units, a bank filial, offices and car parks.
