By the end of this year BTC will release all more important buildings in the city center and move in the new European Business Center at the 5th km of the Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd in Sofia. This was reported by the company, whose chief Bernard Mosheni had signed a contract to lease one of the buildings in the business complex.

The rent is for more than 10 years period. Among the buildings that are to be released are Telephone Palace, the headquarters of the company at Ruski Pametnik Sq. and another 7 of the most expensive properties of the company.

Last year they were transferred to the company BTC Imoti.
