Six residential block complex is under construction in Bankya. The architectural solution of the houses follows the pattern of a modern town house with classical lines.

The investor is La Ginestra Ltd., the design was prepared by VI Arh with leading architect Veneta Kavaldzhieva. The project is at a design phase.

The gross-floor area is 2,990 sq. m. The site is corner plot with a heavy inclination to the south and a beautiful panoramic view. The access streets are from the steeper northern side following the slope to the east.

The one-family houses are situated in the higher part of the site, with two main storeys and a basement. On the first level there is the living zone, on the second there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as other functional zones. The two-family houses have two mirror halves - western and eastern blocks. On the ground level from the inside there are garages and a living zone.
