Undeterred by a price surge, Around 4% of Bulgarian households intend to buy a new real estate property over the next three years, UniCredit Group said in its Central and Eastern Europe banking sector overview. The buying trend is strongest among Romanians with 11% of them planning to buy a property. Ukrainians are at the other end of the spectrum with only 2% of them optimistic about buying a property.
