After Bulgaria topped the world ranking in terms of growth in residential property prices over a few quarters in 2008, this trend reversed and now our country is among the markets reporting the greatest decline, shows data from the latest survey of the Knight Frank consultancy firm on residential property prices for the second quarter of 2010 covering 49 global markets...

According to the company, residential property prices in Bulgaria continued to decrease and in the second quarter of 2010 these registered a decline of 9.7% on an annual basis. The reported drop, compared to the first quarter of the year, is 0.8%. TheBulgarian market now occupies the 44th position in the global rating, while for the first quarter of the year it stood on 42nd place when the decline was 17.8% on an annual basis...
