Victoria Gardens residential and business complex will comprise four residential blocks and two office buildings. The project is located on Iztochen blvd. and Mendeleev str. in city of Plovdiv. This is the second big investment of Zaharen Kombinat Plovdiv after Maritsa conference city centre. 

The site has a crucial location near the city centre and the direct access to Plovdiv airport, Asenovgrad and Smolyan. Immediately from the south and southwestern part there is under construction a gated type community type complex Kolodruma and the multipurpose sports hall with a cycling runway.

Victoria Gardens is composed of four residential blocks of 8, 9, 10 and 18 levels as well as two office buildings of 16 and 24 levels. The investor is Zaharen Kombinat Plovdiv AD, the design was prepared by Arhstudio-Sh with leading architect Georgi Shopov, the consultant company is Consulting Engineering Group. The site is 10,000 sq. m, the built-up area is 3,103 sq. m, the gross-floor area is 42,875 sq. m.
