Dream Home complex to be finished by the end of 2008

The Dream Home residential village in Plovdiv will be completed by the end of the year, Stroitelstvo Gradut Weekly reports.
A new 160-metre road section will connect the local Komatevsko Chausse with the complex.
The village`s design was prepared by Atika design bureau and the construction company is Colorit Ltd. - Plovdiv. The overall site area of the complex is 6 300 sq m. The gross actual area is 3 500 sq m.
The project, which falls into the luxury category, comprises six row houses, four family houses and a three-storey apartment building.
The complex is a gated community type with control access and video monitoring, near the Zornitsa VIP village completed in 2006.
Interest in this new district in Zapaden administrative neighbourhood Smirnenski 4 is very high due to its excellent ecologic parameters and location at the foot of the Rodopi mountains.
