Greek joint-venture development opportunity fund Zeus Capital Partners LP has bought the Kambanite Business Centre located in Sofia from Bulgarian Real Estate Fund, law firm Wolf Theiss, which advised the transaction, said on Thursday.
The Greek company took full ownership of the asset, transacted for a price of 23 million euro, on November 1, Wolf Theiss said in a statement.

The Kambanite Business Center, opened in April 2009, is a Class A office building with 16,266 square meters of lettable space. It is currently 100% rented out, with the Hewlett Packard Global Delivery Center as primary tenant. Zeus Capital Partners LP provides equity financing for joint-ventures investing in real estate deals in southeast Europe.
