The villa has undergone extensive refurbishment, being furnished and equipped to a high standard, whilst retaining the overall Bulgarian Style. Restoration was completed in 2012. The house is located centrally within village, having a Restaurant, cafe and several grocery stores within easy walking distance. A regular bus service runs to Karlovo and Kalofer.

Accommodation: Four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate seven people on a room only or self-catering basis.
