Some of people (who have ability) have second job ilegally (there hide taxes), others cultivate vegetables and fruits and breed domestic animals. A lot of Bulgarian people prefer to make their home repairs their selfs instead to pay of external (specialized) company to save some money. But the byers of the properties usually are not these people.
