A52: Bulgarians and citizens of countries members of European Union has equal health rights. If you are from EU you must to have Health Card (for health/social insurance). Then the payment for your medical treatment (or return for medication to your own country) will be made by Bulgarian National Health Fund and then they will require the amount from Government Health Service of your country. If you are citizen of country non member of EU you need Health insurance for your stay in Bulgaria or you must pay in cash if you have not.

A57: The car number for Bulgaria is combination of letters and digits. The standart format is:
X NNNN XX or XX NNNN XX
where XX are letters and depends on the city where the car is registered, NNNN are digits and XX are other letters for unique combination. Sample:

For the Sofia city car numbers start with "C" (see the image). Because Bulgaria is in European Union there are small letters "BG" and Bulgarian flag
somewhere on the plate and all of the letters are existsing in the Latin alphabet.

Citizens of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia can enter Bulgaria without a visa for a maximum of 30 days in any six-month period.
All other nationalities require a visa for any visit to Bulgaria.
