Description: The property is located in a pretty village near General Toshevo in the Dobrich area. The town of Dobrich is located 30 km away from the house, Kavarna - 30 km and Varna - 75 km).
The village is popular with many British families for permanent residence and holiday homes, but still keeps its local charm and enjoys a good mix of Bulgarian and British population.
The property is approx 1200 square m. The front garden has a large lawn (approx 300 square m.), a pavilion for enjoying summer evenings. The front path and pavilion area is shaded by vines. The garden has a large cherry tree, peach trees, raspberries, strawberries, a small vineyard, apples, a large walnut tree and lots of flowers and bushes. The property was built in 1958. The current owners have recently invested a great deal of work in improving the property and bringing it up to Western standards.
On the property there is a main living house (approx 73 square m), a second building ideal as office, granny flat or holiday flat (approx 50 square m), and a single garage with separate tool room. All buildings are stone / brick and rendered. There is also a basic woodshed. The main house has a full-size attic and a cellar under the kitchen. The entrance to the cellar is in the courtyard.

The bedroom opens off from the dining-room. The house has beautiful terracotta colored floor tiles throughout, except the bathroom where the floor tiles are black with the same marbled design as the rest of the house.
A wood-burning oven feeds a central heating system. The house has new windows and doors, electrics and internet connection. The bathroom has a shower over a bathtub. There is also a large new septic tank under the lawn for both buildings.
The second building has blue floor tiles and is divided into 2 large rooms. In one room is a prepared cooking niche and a shell bathroom needs completion in your taste. This building has a full-size attic and a new roof. There are water connections in this building.
The garage is rendered inside and outside with a new roof.
The roof on the main house needs repairing or replacing.
The courtyard has exterior lighting and a water tap. All in all there are three external water taps around the house.
