Property situated in a peaceful village near Veliko Tarnovo city. The village is only about 5 min drive from the municipality’s centre – the town of Polski Trambesh. There are other British people in the village, some of them living permanently there. The village offers all basic facilities – food shops, pubs, restaurants, post office, municipality building, etc.
The property is situated in the villages outskirts, close to the village’s dam lake. The estate comprises of a large plot of 2890 sq. m. of land, big two-storied house in overall good condition, summer kitchen attached, many outbuildings, draw-well and a drive-way. The property provides privacy and stunning views to the surroundings.
The house is facing South-East, it is on two floors and in very good condition. There is a draw-well which is a big plus to the estate, as the water from the well never ends and it is free of charge; usually used for watering the garden, filling up a swimming pool, or as an alternative water supply for the house.
The property has many farm buildings, which are approx. as big as the house is. The barns are brick and stone built, attached one to another. Some of the outbuildings are as high as a two-storied building, which makes them easily convertible into almost anything - BBQ area, workshops, playing rooms or even second house or studio apartments.
Next to the outbuildings is the driveway, which allows parking several cars into the yard. The house is accessible through all seasons via an asphalt paved road in good condition.
Water and electricity are connected to mains, there are water fountains inside the house and outside in the yard. There is electricity and water in some of the outbuildings. Internet and Cable TV could easily be provided. The house is in good condition, but for more comfort would need some modernization works.
