Payment Plan
Reservation fee – 1000 Euro for 15 days
50% - upon signing the preliminary contract
25% - within 3 months after signing the Preliminary contract
25% - within one month after second installment
All apartments will have full price in Notary Deeds and are being sold leasehold. Maintenance will be charged at 8 Euros per m2 per annum. If you pay 9 Euros per m2 per annum all facilities will be at your disposal for no extra charge. Otherwise, facilities will be charged for at standard maintenance rate.
Location and Local Attractions
With the huge investment going in Bansko and plans for further improvements such as an airport, new infrastructure and emphasis on summer trade, Bansko is one of the most up and coming destinations in Bulgaria.
Bansko town centre is not too far. Here there is a very wide range of quality brand new shops and amenities which are constantly being expanded and improved to make Bansko one of the top resorts in Bulgaria. Bansko is the newest Bulgarian winter resort, and arguably the most exciting. It has recently attracted significant foreign investment, which has allowed for a massive improvement in skiing infrastructure, and other resort related services.
Bansko ski resort is situated in South western Bulgaria, and is only 160km from Sofia, in the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, which is a national preserve.
