Nearby is the famous Belchinski Bani Spa resort which has some of the best treatments around.
Only 17km from Borovets and 65 Km from Sofia. On completion of the Super Borovets Project, new and extensive ski facilities will be significantly closer to this plot. A new gondola lift plus sports centre are planned for Samokov (sports centre is already under construction and a smaller ski lift and run have just been completed) which is only 7kms away.
